1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
2. Shipping Cost
UK standard tracked delivery costs £4.95 per order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing: orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery: UK delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods (for example Black Friday and Christmas) or in case of carrier delays, delivery may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will let you know by email.
4. Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show updates.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. UK customers will not be charged any additional customs fees or import duties on delivery.
6. Lost Parcels
If your tracking has shown no update for 20 consecutive days, or the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, please contact us at support@trydayguard.com. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take photos of the outer box and the contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected, we can re-send it (a new shipping charge may apply) or refund the product price.
